The following exporters – Belgium (42,000 tons), Spain (38,000 tons), Austria (27,000 tons), Croatia (25,000 tons), Netherlands (16,000 tons), Latvia (16,000 tons) and Ireland ( 16,000 tonnes) 19% of total supplies.

In terms of value, Germany ($393 million) remains the largest supplier of corrugated paper to the European Union, accounting for 43% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by France ($107 million), with a 12% share of total supplies. It was followed by the Czech Republic, with an 8.4% share.

In Germany, exports of corrugated paper grew at an average annual rate of +5.9% from 2007 to 2021. In the other countries, the average annual rates are as follows: France (+2.2% per year) and Czech Republic (+1.3% per year).
