Bayern Munich, Tottenham Hotspur, Inter Milan and Manchester United headline recent European football kit unveils – SportsLogos.Net News

Bayern Munich are putting all their cards on the table for their 2022-23 third kits, made by Adidas.

The kits are predominantly black, with red accents including sponsor logos, club crest, sleeve cuffs and Adidas shoulder stripes. The front of the shirt contains a tonal pattern of diagonal lines connecting icons of acorns, grass, hearts and bells.

The icons are the four colors on the cards used in the traditional Bavarian game of Schafkopf. It’s a game that many Bayern Munich players have learned and enjoyed over the years.

“Schafkopf is part of Bayern – and with a shirt like this, Bayern’s heart wins!” said Bayern striker and schafkopf enthusiast Thomas Müller. “We will have a good hand every game.”

Inter Milan are looking to bring the world together with their away kit for 2022-23, made by Nike. The kit includes an aquatic world map on a white base, depicting an “inclusive spirit and openness to the planet we live on”. The sleeve cuffs are white and the front half of the collar is white while the back half is aqua and dark green. The club crest is rendered in aqua, dark green and white to the left chest.

Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur’s third kit for 2022-23, made by Nike, features a ‘rift blue’ and ‘mystic navy’ print that “is inspired by the ever-evolving DNA of Tottenham and the famous range of Nike TN sneakers”. The kit will make its debut when the Spurs women’s team take on Club America in the Women’s Cup opener in Louisville, Kentucky on Sunday.

Meanwhile, fellow Premier League contenders Manchester United have gone neon green for their 2022-23 third kit, made by Adidas. It features a tonal geometric pattern throughout and black accents. Like the home and away kits, the crest of the third kit is placed inside a pentagon. The black crew neck features a pattern of parallelograms woven into the fabric.

Premier League club Brentford FC unveiled their third kit for 2022-23 when they also unveiled new signing Mikkel Damsgaard on Wednesday August 10. It features a bright red and yellow digital print on a clack base. The collar and sleeves are plain black. The Umbro logo, sponsor logo and club crest are rendered in solid white.

Like their home and away kits for 2022-23, Premier League side Everton’s third kit continues to use Prince Rupert’s Tower as its central theme. The yellow base features a blue line drawing pattern of the lower right tower. A blue silhouette of the tower replaces the club crest on the left chest. The crew neck is blue with yellow trim.

Spanish La Liga side Elche CF are pulling out all the stops for their 2022-23 home kit, made by Nike. As the club celebrates its 100th anniversary this season, gold trim accents the white shirt on the sides, cuffs and back of the collar. The green stripe traditionally found on the chest of Elche home kits is this time rendered as a brushstroke.

Meanwhile, fellow La Liga side RCD Mallorca have released their third kit for 2022-23. It uses the same template that Nike has provided to the other teams it outfits in Europe’s top leagues. The base of the kit is white, as is the crew neck, while the raglan sleeves contain a pattern of red rectangles that vary in width.

UD ALMERÍA – Away and Third

The sand color of the UD Almería 2022-23 away kit, made by Castore, represents the desert in southern Spain, where the city of Almería is located. The pattern at the top of the shirt is inspired by The Alcazaba, a fortified complex in the city. The tone-on-tone horizontal lines then fade and run widthwise down the shirt. A black border appears around the collar and cuffs. The club crest appears in solid black.

Meanwhile, Almería have opted for a black and electric blue combo for their third kit. The diagonal blue lines on the front of the shirt are an enlarged sound wave of the club’s anthem, “Gerneración Roja y Blanca”. The crew neck, cuffs and logos are all electric blue.

Like their home kit, VfB Stuttgart’s third kit for 2022-23 features a tonal print of various Stuttgart landmarks on the front and sleeve cuffs. This time, however, the print appears on an all-black kit, including the raglan sleeves and collar. The club crest and sponsor logos appear in white.

The future now belongs to French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco and their 2022-23 third kit, made by Kappa. The kit is predominantly a light shade of purple – a color the club has never worn before as an outfield kit. On the front of the shirt, a pattern of darker purple lines fades in. Black trim appears at the cuffs and sleeve hem, and sponsor logos and the club crest appear in white.

Fellow Ligue 1 side FC Nantes are getting a bit artistic with their away kit for 2022-23, made by Macron. The shirt is mostly green, with a pattern in tonal brushstrokes throughout. The crew neck and sleeve cuffs are yellow, as are the sponsor logos and club crest.

The Ligue 1 Lille OSC third kit for 2022-23, made by New Balance, picks up the black and gold color scheme of French Flanders, the region of France where the city of Lille is located. A golden pattern of mastiffs inspired by the club crest adorns the sleeves as well as the shoulders before fading as you go down the shirt. This is the first time that the mastiff has appeared on a Lille jersey outside of the coat of arms. The crew neck is black and the sleeve cuffs are mostly black with a white vertical stripe edged in red.

Italian Serie A side SSC Napoli’s third kit for 2022-23, manufactured by Emporio Armani, features a tonal pattern of diagonal lines on the front of the black shirt. This model reflects the one found on the club’s goalkeeper kits when they were released alongside home and away field kits at the end of July.

AS ROMA – Away

Serie A side AS Roma’s new away shirt for 2022-23, made by New Balance, subtly references the city of Rome’s long history. The front of the white shirt contains a tonal marble pattern which also incorporates the club’s iconic wolf logo (the lupetto). Red and yellow trim appears around the front half of the collar and on the sleeve cuffs, and the club crest is rendered in solid red.

Italian Serie A side US Cremonese recreate the club’s first-ever jersey for their 2022-23 away kit, manufactured by Acerbis. The shirt is mostly white, except for a lilac polo collar and button placket. This recreation honors the 120th anniversary of the club’s founding, which will fall on March 24, 2023.

The sleeve cuffs and crew neck have a gold and red diamond pattern woven into the fabric.
